Refund Policy

At a glance

1. One-time Kits

Kits are delivered instantly as downloads. Once delivered, a Kit is non-refundable, except as set out in sections 2, 4 and 5 or where the law requires a refund.

2. 30-Day 2K Views Guarantee (conditions apply)

If you post 20 of the 30 Kit videos on TikTok within 30 days of purchase and those 20 videos get fewer than 2,000 views combined, we refund 100% of what you paid for that Kit. In short, you must:

• post all 20 videos on one TikTok account that is not banned, suspended or restricted;
• post no more than one Kit video per calendar day, all within 30 days of purchase;
• use a different Kit asset for each video;
• include in every video a text hook about your song, your song's official TikTok sound (not "original sound"), and a lyric overlay or other listed visual element;
• keep all 20 videos public until we decide your claim;
• claim between 48 hours after your 20th post and 45 days after purchase, with links and a screen recording showing each video's posting date and views.

The guarantee applies to your first Kit purchase only, and each customer can claim once. Later Kits and subscription renewals are not covered, because by then you know the results the Kit brings for you. The full rules, including exact definitions of each required edit, are in section 4 of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Subscriptions

• You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing help@propagandistan.com. Cancelling stops future renewals.
• Renewals already charged are not refunded, and you keep every Kit already delivered.
• We email you at least 14 days before any price change, so you can cancel before it applies.
• If we approve a guarantee refund on your first Kit, your subscription is cancelled automatically.

4. Problems with your order

• Not delivered: if you haven't received your Kit within 24 hours of payment, email us. If we can't deliver it, we refund you in full.
• Charged twice: duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full.
• Defective, incomplete or not as described: tell us within 30 days of purchase. We will fix or replace the Kit, and if we can't, we refund you.

5. EU, EEA and UK buyers

Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery begins if, at checkout, you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. We confirm this by email after purchase.

If you did not give that consent, you can withdraw within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. This section does not limit any other rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

6. How to request a refund

Email help@propagandistan.com with "Refund request" in the subject, your order number, the email used at checkout, and the reason. For guarantee claims, include everything listed in section 2.

• We reply to refund requests within 5 business days, and decide guarantee claims within 10 business days.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
• Refunds are in the currency and amount you paid. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; most issues are solved faster by email. Opening a chargeback voids the guarantee for that order. If you dispute a charge for a delivered Kit without contacting us first, we may suspend access to future Kits and will send our delivery records to your bank.
