1. Who we are and acceptance
1.1These Terms govern your purchase and use of Fanpage Kit (the "Kit"), sold by PROPAGANDISTAN, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: help@propagandistan.com.
1.2By completing checkout you accept these Terms. If you buy on behalf of an artist, band or label, you confirm you are authorised to bind them, and "you" includes them.
1.3You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy the Kit.
2. The product
2.1Each Kit contains 30 short-form video assets built around a mood or theme, plus written guides on how to edit and post them. The assets are faceless: they do not feature you and are designed to carry your music.
2.2The Kit is digital content. It is delivered by download link or account access, normally immediately after payment and in any case within 24 hours. If you have not received it within 24 hours, contact help@propagandistan.com.
2.3The assets are not exclusive. The same Kit is sold to other customers, who may post the same footage with their own music.
2.4We may update guides, formats and future Kits at any time. A Kit you have already bought will not be reduced.
3. Pricing, payment and subscriptions
3.1Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed, including or excluding taxes as stated there. Payment is taken in full at checkout through our payment processor.
3.2One-time purchase. You pay once and receive one Kit.
3.3Subscription. If you choose the monthly subscription at checkout, you receive a new Kit each month at the discounted price shown. Your subscription renews automatically every month on the date of your first purchase, and the then-current subscription price is charged to your payment method until you cancel.
3.4Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing help@propagandistan.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep every Kit already delivered; renewals already charged are not refunded except as required by law.
3.5Price changes. We will email you at least 14 days before any change to your subscription price takes effect. If you do not cancel before then, the new price applies from your next renewal.
3.6Failed payments may suspend delivery of future Kits until payment succeeds.
4. 30-Day 2K Views Guarantee
4.1The promise. If you post 20 of the 30 Kit videos on TikTok within 30 days of purchase, following every rule in this section, and those 20 videos together reach fewer than 2,000 views in total, we refund 100% of the price you paid for that Kit.
4.2Posting rules. All of the following must be met:
- Account. All 20 videos are posted on one TikTok account that you own or control. The account must not be banned, suspended or restricted by TikTok at any time between your first Kit post and our decision on your claim.
- Timing. All 20 videos are posted within 30 days of your purchase date, with no more than one Kit video per calendar day. To fit 20 posts in the window, start posting no later than day 11.
- Distinct videos. Each of the 20 videos uses a different asset from the Kit. Reposts or duplicates of the same asset count once.
- Required edits. Every one of the 20 videos includes all three elements below:
- Text hook: on-screen text of at least 3 words, visible from the first frame for at least the first 2 seconds, placed where TikTok's interface does not cover it, and referring to your song: a lyric line, the song title, the story or feeling the song is about, or a question the song answers. Generic text unrelated to the song, such as "new music" or "check this out", does not count.
- Your song's official TikTok sound: the video's sound is your released song selected from TikTok's sound library, so that your song title and artist name appear on the video. "Original sound", audio uploaded from your device, or another user's upload of your song does not count. Your song must be available on TikTok before you post.
- Visual engagement element: either (a) a lyric overlay, meaning your song's lyrics on screen and timed to the vocals for as long as vocals play in the clip, or (b) one of the following from the Kit guides, on screen for most of the video: captions, a progress bar or countdown, a question or poll prompt, or a title card with your song and artist name. The text hook does not count as this element.
- Kit footage is the main visual. You may add to the assets, but Kit footage must make up most of each video's runtime.
- Publicly visible. A video counts as posted only if it is public and viewable on the account when we review your claim. Private, friends-only, deleted or removed videos count as not posted.
4.3How views are counted. We add up the view counts TikTok displays for the 20 videos at the time we review your claim. If the total is 2,000 views or more, the guarantee condition is not met.
4.4How to claim. Email help@propagandistan.com no earlier than 48 hours after your 20th video was posted and no later than 45 days after your purchase date, with:
- your order number and the email used at checkout;
- your TikTok account handle;
- direct links to all 20 videos;
- one continuous screen recording, taken on the account itself, showing each of the 20 videos with its posting date and view count.
Claims sent outside this window, or missing any item, are not eligible.
4.5Decision and payment. We review complete claims within 10 business days. We may ask for reasonable additional proof, such as TikTok analytics screenshots. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 14 days of approval.
4.6First purchase only, one claim per customer.
- The guarantee applies only to a customer's first Kit purchase. Once you have used a Kit, you know the results it brings for you, so any later purchase, whether another one-time Kit or a subscription renewal, is made without the guarantee.
- Each customer may make one guarantee claim. "Customer" means the person, artist or band the Kit is used for, whatever email, TikTok account or payment method is used.
- An approved refund cancels any active subscription.
- Opening a chargeback or payment dispute for the same order voids the guarantee.
- We may refuse claims where information or proof was falsified.
4.7After a refund. Your licence to Kit assets you have not yet posted ends, and you must delete them. Videos already posted may stay up.
4.8The guarantee is a promise about a refund, not a promise of any particular result. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under consumer law.
5. Withdrawal right, other refunds and chargebacks
5.1EU, EEA and UK consumers. You normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once delivery begins, if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout you will be asked to tick a box stating:
"I want immediate access to Fanpage Kit and I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once delivery has begun."
We confirm your consent and acknowledgement by email after purchase. If you do not tick the box, we cannot deliver the Kit before your 14-day withdrawal period ends.
5.2Other refunds. Apart from the guarantee in section 4 and your rights under law, Kits are non-refundable once delivered. If a Kit is defective, incomplete or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will repair, replace or refund it.
5.3Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge. If you open a chargeback for a delivered Kit without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and access to future Kits, and we will submit delivery records to your bank.
6. Licence and ownership
6.1Your videos are yours. You own the videos you make with the Kit, including your edits, text, music and the posts themselves, subject to our underlying rights in the raw Kit assets.
6.2Your licence to the assets. We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Kit assets to create and publish content that promotes your own music, on any social platform, website or ad, including paid ads you run for your own music.
6.3What you may not do. You may not:
- resell, share, sublicense or give away the raw assets or the guides, alone or in bundles;
- use the assets in a stock library, template product or competing content service;
- use the assets to promote anyone else's music or products as a paid service, unless you buy a separate Kit for each artist;
- claim the raw assets as your own original work in any copyright or Content ID registration.
6.4Our rights. We, or our licensors, keep all rights in the raw assets, the guides and the Kit brand. We may use publicly posted videos made with the Kit, with credit to your account, as examples in our marketing. Email help@propagandistan.com to opt out.
6.5Breach of section 6.3 ends your licence immediately.
7. Your responsibilities
7.1Music rights. You confirm you own or control the rights to every song you pair with Kit assets, including the right to use it on each platform where you post. We do not supply music and are not responsible for claims about your audio.
7.2Platform rules. You are responsible for following the terms and community guidelines of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and any other platform you use. Platform actions against your account, such as removals, muting, reach limits or bans, are outside our control.
7.3Your additions. You are responsible for any text, images or other material you add to Kit assets, and for making sure it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.
7.4Disclosure. If you run fan pages or accounts that promote your own music, you are responsible for any disclosure the platform or local advertising law requires.
8. Results, disclaimers and liability
8.1No guaranteed results. Views, followers, streams and sales depend on your music, your execution and platform algorithms we do not control. Examples and case studies we show are not typical or promised outcomes. Section 4 is the only result-related promise we make, and its only remedy is a refund.
8.2Disclaimer. Except as stated in these Terms and to the extent the law allows, the Kit is provided "as is", without other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
8.3Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the Kit or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, account suspensions or any indirect or consequential loss.
8.4What we do not exclude. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot be limited by law.
8.5Indemnity. You will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your music, your additions to Kit assets, or your breach of these Terms, except where the law does not allow this.
9. General
9.1Community. If you join our buyer community, you must treat other members respectfully and not post spam, other people's private information or unlawful content. We may remove posts or members who break these rules.
9.2Suspension. We may suspend or end your access to future Kits or the community if you materially breach these Terms. Your licence to Kits already delivered continues unless you breached section 6.3.
9.3Changes. We may update these Terms. Changes apply to purchases and renewals after the update date. For active subscriptions we will email you at least 14 days before material changes apply to your next renewal.
9.4Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court where it qualifies. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
9.5Entire agreement. These Terms and the checkout page are the whole agreement for your purchase. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
